Community is beautiful and well maintained. We had a problem with our heater which Albert from maintenance was able to promptly assist with and on top of that had a very high level of customer care to ensure exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. Was even able to improve our water heater during the same visit. Very professional. Riata may be on the higher side of the rent scale but it so far has been a pleasant experience.
This apartment complex has been an incredibly disappointing experience for me. I urge anyone considering this complex to carefully read the candid 1-2 star reviews for accurate insights. While some positive reviews highlight basic maintenance completion, my experience has been far from satisfactory: 1. There have been multiple vehicle and apartment break-ins, even occurring during daylight hours. 2. I've had a great experience with the leasing office. Kirsten was my main agent. She is communicative, kind, and responded to emails with lightning speed despite being super busy. I decided to switch units upon move-in. Kirsten and Hester made sure I got the perfect place and I love my apartment now. Update on 11/7/2023: The dumpster was finally cleared after multiple residents complained to the city (calling 311). They gave the management a 7 days notice to remove the dumpster, failing which will end up in legal action. And it was removed in 3 days after the notice was given. I saw a similar dumpster in Arrowwood village, last week, left outside full of trash. Update on 10/28/23: The online status of my maintenance request says “Work completed “. We Recently moved-in and the unit we got has got multiple issues at the time of Move-in. The maintenance team(Ahmed) resolved all in 1 day. He did an excellent job and explained some of the things in the unit as we are new into Riata.
