This was the most efficient and easy car purchase I’ve ever made. AJ showed me the right car in the right price range and prepared paperwork wall I was running errands; he even stayed after hours to make sure I was able to drive off with a new vehicle that day.
We were completely satisfied from the moment of check-in to the shuttle driver returning us to the dealership. Jonathan Henry was especially helpful in advising us on how to avoid further difficulties with our window washer portals, and the shuttle driver, Devin, deserves special praise for driving us so carefully in a down pouring rain. The cashier also had a ready smile! We are always pleased with the service and the friendliness of the Riata staff.
Riata always provides excellent customer service. They keep in communication with me to let me know of any unexpected changes.
It was great working with the staff. Oscar and Joshua made the process very easy. The Intellicheck app was not easy to work with and the WiFi at the dealership could see some improvements too.
