I called on Thursday, confirmed that I would drop off my car on Friday at 8:15 AM and that it would be ready by 1 PM. Dropped off the at 8:15 and received a call at 10:45 it was ready to be picked up. Picked the car up at 1 PM, all work completed, and a very happy and satisfied customer.
