Made an appointment and there was no wait when I got there. Friendly service reps and fast service. Recall item (seat recliner) was in spec and OK as came from the factory. Check engine light was due to an intermittent miss caused by one bad coil pack. We couldn't be more pleased with our F150 and with Riata Ford's staff.
