"Daughter's car" My wife and I bought a new Ford Focus from Dallas at Riata Ford. You know the feeling you get when you know, that when you have to go and purchase an auto and have to go to the dealership and see a salesman (pushy) then fill out the finance application and wait and wait. "car buying experience" I had a great, honest and 'not a pushy' experience with the sales guy Ajay, when leasing a new car. We communicated days in advance on pricing via email and in the end he even matched the price from another dealership. Straight forward, not pushy like others - very important to me, since I am a female and usually male sales agents think you have no idea about cars and want to screw you over. "Excellent Customer Service!" Found our 2009 Ford Expedition Ltd. online. Called and got Allan King. We asked if the vehicle was really clean and worth a trip from Temple to Manor. He went to check out the vehicle. Called us back and said he wouldn't hesitate to have any family member come look at this vehicle. So, we went. "excellent customer service" John Alvarado was excellent in finding me the perfect vehicle for my family and I. I told him exactly what I wanted and didn't want. He gave me exactly what I wanted. When we arrived to pick up my vehicle all the staff was great in taking care of us and getting us out of there as fast as we could since we have 3 kids under 5 years young.
