The food was plain. No flavor In the tri tip taco. And the fish tacos tasted like char. Not to mention the “kiss the piggy” sandwich was soggy and drenched in sauce it wasn’t even enjoyable. So disappointing I’ve always heard amazing things about this restaurant but It definitely didn’t leave that good first impression. Tried to eat my moneys worth but never again.

The ribs are very delicious and the tri-tip fries are worth it every time. The place is very open with a lot of tables. We went thinking we could watch Thursday night football but they only had reruns of old games on.

Tried this place off recommendation. First off, the Rib Line is connected to a casino. The parking lot was a little busy, but the restaurant was empty. 2 of us were greeted at the hostess station and sat immediately. We sat near other people dining with plenty of open space. Special was presented, and we agreed to order. However, I wanted... read more

Chef Brian, one of the owners, personally walked us through each dish, explaining the history of its creation, and helping us design a menu that fits us as a couple. The food was absolutely delicious, the customer service incomparable (from the hostess that sat us, to Brian serving us, to the Rib Line catering team organizing the tasting - shout out to Krystal and Melina for th... read more

Really surprised. Customer service was great. The place has had a brighter upgrade now that it’s ribline but it’s wasted space. Ugly. And cold. The food is depressing, the appetizers were cold, the “famous” chili was bland and lacked flavor. The trip top sandwich was cut way to thick and you couldn’t bite through it. Really frustrating. The only thing that was good was the shoe string fries Edit; I find it annoying that the owner commented so rudely on our honest reaction to the update and not the cold and bland food. It... read more
