Rich is a hardworking and driven person. He is very detailed and works hard to get you the best rate possible. More importantly he is very creative and finds ways to find and close loans for people with assets but limited income (retired persons). He never gives up. He was always busy when I called and many times got his voice mail. I actually like that because I knew he was busy in working on my and others loans. I will recommend anybody to utilize him and a good friend is already working on a loan with him.
