From the get go Rich was very eloquent, well versed and extremely knowledgeable in his craft!. Rich will sum up any numbers in a matter of seconds. OMG!!!! When I tell you that Rich was very amazing from the initial application all he way down to close. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and timely. I was very impressed with his product knowledge as I am a small business owner, and he knew exactly what I needed. I was pre-approved immediately, approved within 30 days and clear to close with 45. I will use him in the future as well as recommend!

Richard went above and beyond to help us obtain our loan. He was able to look at every option for us and even when things seemed dire, he always kept us optimistic. Richard was always available when I needed to contact him or needed help. This was my first time buying a home and he made the process manageable.
