Rich is always positive and responsive, even when I contact him on evenings and weekends! He offers my clients competitive rates and is knowledgeable about the various types of loans and what works best for each client. He has helped me to develop a relationship with my clients by sending them small gifts in both our names. I absolutely would recommend Rich and his team to help you with a mortgage! I’ve never owned a home before and needed to find one fast due to my landlord selling the rental I was living in. I’m a 44 yr old Single mom of 3 kids and I work two jobs. Rich and his team was able to get me into a fantasy deal! An ACTUAL HOUSE for little more money than what I was paying for rent! No other mortgage company could do what Rich and his team did and within a 3 WEEK period! Wow!

Rich, Was thorough and on point the entire process. My client were going to lose a home they worked so hard to get due to covid-19, but Rich stepped in and helped them close on their home in 3 weeks!
