Richard took what could have been a potentially unpleasant experience and turned it around in a very short time. He answered random questions at odd hours and even handled my breakdowns along the way like a champ. He took the time to explain things to me in detail since I was first time home buyer and worked with my Realtor around my work schedule. After closing he was still available to answer any one off questions I had.
