Richard went to great lengths to make sure we had the best rate possible! Even to the point of re-doing our entire loan just 7-10 days before closing bc he found a significantly better interest rate that lowered our payments by $200! You can trust him to do whatâ€™s right and he was always available for questions and concerns!
