I started my home buying process with another lender. I’m a first time home buyer using the VA Loan. I had so many unanswered questions. Very unsure about the whole process. Barley any communication with my lender. That is, until I found Richard. He immediately answered all my questions. A lot of it I didn’t understand, and he took his time and helped me through it until I understood. I was able to talk to him any time I wanted. 11pm, 5am, 2pm he was always there. Highly recommended.
