I have been a patient of Dr. Mastrole for over 20 years. In July, on my 77 birthday, I fell, broke both elbows, and was taken to Broward General for trauma treatment including surgery. A few days later I called Dr. Mastrole to tell him what happened. I got Alicia his assistant and told her what happened. She told Dr. Mastrole who said 'I wish her well'. When asked if he would get on the phone with me, he said 'no'. Just tell her I wish her well. My regular appointment with him was cancelled and I never heard from him again. ... read more
