During the repair of my vehicle, I received updates which simplified the repair process. 5 Star : My Experience First, it was easy to schedule the repair and work with both the insurance company and Richardson staff. Second, it was wonderful to get frequent text advisories as the repair process continued. Finally, when I got my car I was very pleased with how nice it looked both for the collision repair, additional work I paid for out of pocket, and for the cleaning done on the interior of the car.
