5 Star : My Experience I would like to thank the Richardson Automotive team especially Mr. Blake for repairing and caring for my car. Mr. Blake kept me abreast each transitional factor of the repairing process from diagnostic, ordering parts, painting and pick up of the car. Mr. Blake also responded to all inquiries I had in a timely manner. I appreciated his efforts of keeping me in the loop since I am very busy throughout the days. He deserves a raise for providing excellent customer service and a job well done!
