The fact that my car was NEW, less than a year old, exacerbated my disappointment and sadness over the situation. 5 Star : My Experience Mark was very helpful during the repair process, kept us informed and was on our side every step of the way when dealing with the at fault driver’s insurance company. We appreciate all he did.
