5 Star : My Experience I would like to thank the Richardson Automotive team especially Mr. Blake for repairing and caring for my car. Mr. Blake kept me abreast each transitional factor of the repairing process from diagnostic, ordering parts, painting and pick up of the car. Mr. Blake also responded to all inquiries I had in a timely manner. I appreciated his efforts of keeping me in the loop since I am very busy throughout the days. He deserves a raise for providing excellent customer service and a job well done!

5 Star : My Experience Our car was hit the day before we were leaving town. Legend was assigned to our case, which was very lucky for us. He constantly kept in touch with us on the repair of our car. I received almost daily texts. My husband had an unexpected heart procedure which postponed our return to Texas. I contacted Legend and he was able for us to pick up our return.
