5 Star : My Experience My experience was outstanding from the beginning…the courtesy and efficiency of the personnel from day 1 was notable and most especially the attention and responsiveness of Service Advisor, Legend Bircher, was exceptional. Legend kept me apprised of my vehicle status every step of the way with thoughtful, detailed communication. My car was delivered in pristine condition and with workmanship that went above and beyond. 3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality The repair took very long, when we tried to called to ask about the progress, we did not get much answer. When we got the car back, we had to take it back in again because the door was not put back on correctly/ tight enough. When you drive, we could hear the air.
