5 Star : My Experience I appreciate that Tony kept us informed about the progress with out car, sending out texts every Tuesday and Thursday (that was a first, in our experience). The triangular relationship of owner, repair company, and insurer is a difficult one, but I never felt unsure about where things stood and Tony was always responsive to my questions. First rate all the way!!
