Christina (the service rep) was and is great. Easy to work with, and shes straight forward every time.
Derrick was informative and helpful and made what should be an easy service, somehow never is, one that was problem free. I was addressed soon as i walked in, he went thru my issues, laid out a plan to address them, then gave me a very accurate eta on completion. It should be like this everywhere and its sad that it happens to be so rare, i take the time to give it 5 stars and write about it.
Customer Service replacing my fuel tank was great. The 4/5 rating is because, the service itself was great but Im having to bring the car back in this weekend due to an unfamiliar noise coming from the rear region of the car, other than that great service
