The RICH Experience Could not find the truck I wanted but my salesman showed me I could custom order the one I wanted. They worked with me on pricing so I placed the order. I was kept up to date until it arrived. It was low pressure sales from the test drive to the finance office. Once it came in I was in and out with my new truck very quickly.
Best stuff in the metroplex!! This is my 3rd family car this year!! Everything was great with the whole process from start to end. The best team ever in the metroplex. Wrangler Jamaal was great to deal with. I was going to finance through my bank, but the dealership was able to match the interest rate, so it was nice to complete all paperwork there!!
A Step Above Brian Collier went above and beyond in finding us the model of Pacifica van that we wanted in the color that we preferred. Awesome Customer Service! Jamaal Alexander was amazing from start to finish and I couldn’t be happier with my new challenger! The buying process wasn’t completely smooth due to circumstances like the computer system for the dealership going down, etc., but Jamaal handled it all well and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish.
This is for the boss man Jamaal Everything good, except for the finance man Jeff he wasn’t responsive to my CU and it prolonged the process and that wasn’t helpful at all
