I whole heartedly recommend VanDyk Mortgage company. They were a top-notch company that made the scary process of buying a home easy. The technology they have employed was also top-notch. I was impressed with the secure document signing software they use. I also loved the ease of uploading all of my documents to the secure portal they provide. This will be my 2nd time using Rick and his team but surely won't be my last. They are very easy to work with, explain everything and are always willing to help at any moment. In this current market, it's very hard to win a bid and Rick was always willing to go the extra distance to help make our offer stand out.
