Rick and his team we're very responsive and knowledgeable about the whole process. They had the perfect "get it done" attitude and got us to close on time. Other lenders weren't answering the phone or emails for a day or two and seemed like they kept us dragging along without making any progress, but not Rick. I highly suggest going with him and his team. They will get you what you want while making the home buying process a little more simple and a lot less stressful.
