Before I even went to see a house Rick would check the house out so see if it was within budget for my loan and approximately how much the mortgage would be! We closed in three weeks which is not very common but Rick was willing to do it to get the seller to accept my offer! It was stressful but his team assisted on any questions or problems I had.
