Everything went smoothly and quick to respond. My only constructive criticism is please give a little more notice on things needed from borrowers it seemed to be need A lot of this needs to be sent today which is stressful, maybe tell me day ahead of time. Also when I asked for appraisal to be done quicker I was told it would be extra but no amount turned out to be more than survey itself, more communication on amount of extra charges would also be helpful. Overall was good
