I am deeply disappointed with this service. After having to call numerous times to obtain clarification why my statement from the State Farm company was not reflecting what was discussed as my monthly payment, I have to call in to manually make a payment waiting almost 30 mins for them to process it and just out of no where was charge $106.70 separate from my insurance quote and was not notified or told that this would be reflected in my statements and it's not been drafted from my banking account.
