Dr. Harrison and his team have taken care of my dental needs for many years now. He has shown excellent judgement in my dental health. I appreciate his approach and I find their care painless. We have a great relationship with all who work there.
I've come to Dr. Harrison for three years now. He has done most of my dental work now, with excellent professionalism and quality. His staff worked with me to plan and schedule all of my restorative treatment and keeping me on my regular cleanings. I have referred several family mpics members and friends to him, and every one of them have had the same exceptional experience I have had. I was told when I called that they are in network with my dental insurance. After I get there I find out they are not , so I wasted 129.00 for an X-ray and office visit for the dentist to spend less than two minutes speaking with me to tell me I needed a crown which I new from my previous out of network dentist. Also quoted over 2200. 00 dollars for a crown way overpriced two others quoted 1500.00 which is average.
In looking for a new dentist ran across this office that allowed you to book an appt online. Looked at reviews and seemed people were happy with this office so decided to book the appt and try them out. The process was simple and found an appt that worked with our schedule. Filled out paperwork (HIPPA protected info as well as SS#). Showed up for the appt and was told they had no record of us! Did not offer to schedule anything and in fact was somewhat rude. I would not only never recommend anyone to this office, but I will now warn people. They are scamming people left and right, Dr Harrison said I needed 8 fillings, two crowns, and a root canal. Only to go to another dentist who said I needed one filling. Dr. Harrison office said they had verified the little bit of work I had done with him with my insurance, but my insurance said they never did. They are a disgrace to the medical community.
