I had a great experience. They got me in within no time at all. They have an amazing office staff that make you feel welcome (even with ridiculous questions*). I hadn’t been to the dentist in ages and their dental hygienist was thorough, informative and happy to help me turn things around. I knew I had to have a tooth pulled and I was dreading it. The Dr and his assistant pulled it with no pain and had me on my. They have restored my faith in going to the dentist. Definitely recommend.
Recently visited as a new client and was extremely impressed with the staff. Dr Harrison has built an amazing team. Draya, Erin, and Kris were literally the best, taking time to explain everything and answer questions with patience and clarity. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend.
Dr. Harrison, Dre, and the front office team are excellent! I had to have 2 crowns replaced from another dentist that has significant decay. Dr. Harrison and Dre are very focused on yours comfort and experience, explain the process (if you want to know) along the way, and have that extra touch of follow-up to make sure you are doing okay! Highly Recommend the Team!
My extremely high quality level of service began with Erin ( works the front desk). She called to remind me on Mar. 19th to remind me of my April appointment and to let me know that if I was available they could get me in earlier. I asked about if any openings the day she called and she squeezed me in for what would be my very first visit there. Very unhappy. I’ve been going to Dr Harrison many years. After Covid they had no hygienist and canceled my appointments several times. I also had zoom and the results were not good at all. I asked them how I could fix this problem and they literally said goodbye and no need to come back. HORRIBLE. I will now continue to return to Great Expressions where you are treated with love and kindness. Terrible practice and zero patient care.
