I switched to Rick's from the dealership years ago, when the dealership gave an estimate for work that was greatly inflated in price over what Rick's gave me for the same work. I've been a loyal customer ever since, and I've never been disappointed. They are honest and never do any major work without speaking to you about it first. They know my face and name and address me personally each time. I enjoy their friendliness [I need to adopt Micah] !! The facility is extremely clean and the men at the counter are very knowledgeable.

They got me in when I was in a pinch. Their prices tend to be on the higher side but you get what you pay for. Their products and service are second to none. I am never pushed to agree to any repair but am told what repairs are needed and what are suggested. Great people. Great work!
