As a new resident, my experience with Crystal during our tour was amazing. She made it such a personalized experience for us. When it came down to deciding between Ridgeview and another complex, a deciding factor was the personality Crystal and Ridgeview offered us. I believe we will be truly happy with our Choice of moving here.
Beautiful and well maintained property! Tons of green space in the complex so great for playing fetch if you have an overactive dog like me! Crystal, Christine, and April in the office are AMAZING and helpful and nobody beats the maintenance team and my dog’s personal favorite Kirby!!!! Always quick and responsive and ultimately why I signed my lease for another year here!
After moving out, I was sent a massive bill for carpet replacement of the entire unit due to a small stain. The property manager was unwilling to negotiate or push out the deadline before sending to collections (Only 30 days). Be cautious and take pictures when moving out. They WILL take advantage of you and charge you excessive fees for future replacements/renovations just because they can. I have seen similar past reviews of them doing the same thing. Horribly managed. Dirty grounds, nasty office drones. Only redeeming quality is the maintenance staff. The amount of money they’re asking for these old, noisy units is criminal. Much better places to live than this awful complex. Avoid!!
I’ve lived here for 2 years and I really really like it. It’s in a great quiet area which is what we were looking for. Being next To shady hollow and close to circle C; it’s a very calm area and peaceful, but still in the city. Maintenance responses are great and the staff is always very helpful and friendly and probably the best maintenance crew I’ve experienced living in Austin apartments for 7 years now.
