Great value. Great location. We would definitely book again. Not really anything they can fix, but because it is an older building noise can be heard through the walls easier. We stayed on the first floor, and the first night there were kids staying in the room above us, and if you know anything about kids on vacation, they don't exactly get up and down very quietly. We liked the service and friendliness of the staff. Also great starting location for your San Juan adventure.
