Short Stay Coffee maker was broken and was replaced immediately! Not really a negative Everything and everyone. My service dog was treated with kindness. Felt at home for the full stay.

Exceptional
Bummed no hot tub The pool area is closed and we were really looking forward to the hot tub after a long day of travel. To their credit they offered discounted passes to hot spring 10 miles away. That is not the same as a soak shower and restfull nights sleep steps from your room. They have listed on there web site the closure but when you go through a site like this it is not mentioned at all. Wished I had looked at the hotel site. Beds room cleanliness and staff were great. Very Good Breakfast selections were very limited. Comfortable room. Easy check in for late arrival.

Pleasant
Felt a little let down because of the missing pool and restaraunt. Nice hotel and setting, unfortunately the hotel is having major work done, which somewhat detracted from our stay. New restaraunt and pool being built. This meant we paid for something at didn't exist, eg swimming which we like to do at the end of a long drive and food which meant eating out. Without this deficit I would have rated the hotel as a 10.

It kept us warm and dry from the elements of the unusual May weather. Staff could have controlled the noise in the hallways better. It was very difficult to sleep, or just be in our room, with the noise of very loud people both in the morning and evenings congregating/ drinking in the hallways. Some people were literally right outside our door and could be seen through the peep hole. Didn't care for the "Poker" game Friday evening in the Breakfast room.
