Right Electric arrived and our porch light problem was quickly fixed. The technician showed us what the problem was and gave us some suggestions as to how to deal with this in the future, if needed. After three other electricians refused to even come to my house and give me an estimate on repairing a custom (and expensive) ceiling fan, I called Jason. He not only asked probing questions about the issue, he came out and promptly diagnosed the problem. He even called the company and spoke to their technician, who indicated there were problems with that model's motor, and they would ship a free replacement motor at no cost. He deferred a trip charge, and when the motor arrived, his technicians Carl and Jeff promptly repaired the fan, showed me the problem with the old motor, and even honored a $50 off coupon. I couldn't be more pleased with their efforts, their courtesy, their promptness, and their expertise. I would recommend them for any electrical services.
