Got mini-splits put in for my whole house. Guys who installed were super nice. However, After three days of installation, they stopped working after being up and running for only three hours. They came back that night and fixed. Seven days later they go out again. Called customer service and the lady was extremely rude to me saying they could not get anyone out until 9 pm. instaled ductless ac/heat unit at a reasnable price
The company signed a contract to perform work at a designated time and day, and not only did not keep their committment, they called and stated they were not qualified to install a water filtration system. I don't know Home Advisor's screening process, but this was a failure. Lead supervisor came out and scoped the job, he called to verify schedule availability, signed the contract, and that was the last we saw of them. I hired this company through home advisor with out even knowing that fact. The work they did was sloppy & careless. It took them many SHORT visits, where they would leave earlier than expected, to finish it. I'm very unhappy with their services.

They had to come out about 3 times to finish they stained my carpet put a hole in the side of my house instead of going through the chimney and I had to go buy tools so they could finish the job because the technician didn't have one
They installed the cooling coil upside down so my carpet got wet every time the a/c was on. The thermostat they installed wasn't as good as the one I had. Their was an error in their billing department so my credit card was charged 4 times. Luckily they fixed that, but it took them a week. There were several little things the city inspector had them fix. The electrician they contacted never turned the electricity in the basement back on.
