Locked out! Storage signs and online says you have access u til 10PM. Went to move my last big van load at 9:10PM only to find that the gates lock at 9PM. Had to leave furniture in the care until morning. No one answers the phones.

Everything went very smooth until it was time to enter the inside storage.. i was not given code once I entered the access gate.

Like the way they stay on top of things.. when the code Gates down they try to get it fixed as soon as possible. Peanuts are well maintained I haven't seen any proof of rodents roaches or anything like that at these units. Internet to be a plus when anybody's trying to look for a storage unit. Great job keep it up
