I've had most of my household in storage for about a year. I found everybody there extremely easy to work with. My storage units were always plowed out. I didn't receive any hassle when leaving my units. They also had a rental unit for me last minute when moving last year. Double thumbs up.
I would give zero stars if that were an option! I've utilized this storage facility for close to 6 months and have had nothing but problems with this place. I do NOT recommend anybody gets a rental unit here. Having 24 hour access is great and all but it's definitely worth a few extra bucks to find another facility that offers around the clock access. The staff are not helpful whatsoever and extremely disorganized. They don't update information in their systems and because of their errors, my unit got tossed by the cops beca... read more
Be prepared for extra charges not quoted!!! I rented 2 storage units within a week got charges 2 administrative fees of 20.00 after I was told the 2nd would be waived discovered on my checking account the additional charge. Appears as if the manager gets a cut of the add ons
