My company just moved locations and we needed to find a storage for some of our office desks and other office supplies that are not needed currently. This place had really good rates and very nice staff. Jessica especially is super friendly and fast. She is very professional and overall provided us with great customer service!

Don't ever rent a unit. The lack of security and incompetence is why 4 dozen units were broken into. No apology, no accountability, and not a care in the world on their part. The property manager is a complete idiot with the brain of a fly. Completely useless. How does she even still work there? Run as far as you can from this place!!!!!!

I got a quote in July for a certain amount, I apologize I don't remember the amount. However, I asked if I could get a bigger one and they tacked on about 40 dollars more, on top of that they are broken down so I had to buy three different locks for like 15 dollars each. Then right on my third payment they sent me an email in the middle of the third month to tell me the fourth payment was going up 40 dollars so now a storage that was supposed to be 80-100 is 200. On September 14,2025 this property was broken into. You need to monitor cameras 24hrs a day. I just keep getting the run around. The cheap repair job on door is already broken. This place sucks and if you want your things stolen, by all means rent a unit here!!!!

We rented a unit and filled with some overflow furniture after my son returned from college. All seemed well at move in. We used a lock purchased on site and a solid keyed lock. We got a phone call after about 6 weeks that our unit was broken into, and learned that about 70% of contents were stolen! 2 items were destroyed and left behind. No cameras to catch who did this, staff had an uncaring attitude about it all and told us it happens frequently. I advise anyone to pay more and go elsewhere. I rented a RightSpace Storage Unit at this location online when I was relocating back to Henderson,NV from Portland,Oregon. I was treated ok and alright over the telephone because I had paid in advance to hold this reservation for this storage unit via the internet. Have been using this facility until recently when our ENTIRE storage unit was completely vandalized and looted. We lost over half of a full 10x10 unit, what was left over was a trampled mess that they didn't want. They picked the lock and then put it back on. The management were not helpful at all, and in fact we found out through the police that they themselves were selling our belongings online. DO NOT STORE YOUR VALUABLES HERE!! Me and my roommate had to move out early this month and we decided to store our belongings in this place. Here's a list of things that suck about this place -elevator sucks... it only stays open for 30s -the entry ways are VERY small..can BARELY fit a dolly -poorly lit (the timers only last 30minutes and one of the system was not working when we moved I. terrible customer service. Rude people at the front desk. Must be something in the local water. The fat girl behind the counter today would not give me a prorated rental fee (I was moving out at the end of the month, and therefore would only need the unit for two weeks).
