We rented a unit and filled with some overflow furniture after my son returned from college. All seemed well at move in. We used a lock purchased on site and a solid keyed lock. We got a phone call after about 6 weeks that our unit was broken into, and learned that about 70% of contents were stolen! 2 items were destroyed and left behind. No cameras to catch who did this, staff had an uncaring attitude about it all and told us it happens frequently. I advise anyone to pay more and go elsewhere. I rented a RightSpace Storage Unit at this location online when I was relocating back to Henderson,NV from Portland,Oregon. I was treated ok and alright over the telephone because I had paid in advance to hold this reservation for this storage unit via the internet. I was very disappointed after I rented it via the Internet because the storage unit I received looked nothing at all what this company had advertised on its Rightspace Storage Website. Have been using this facility until recently when our ENTIRE storage unit was completely vandalized and looted. We lost over half of a full 10x10 unit, what was left over was a trampled mess that they didn't want. They picked the lock and then put it back on. The management were not helpful at all, and in fact we found out through the police that they themselves were selling our belongings online. The security is useless as there are no reliable cameras as advertised. The rent has been rising and the facility degrades more ... read more

DO NOT STORE YOUR VALUABLES HERE!! Me and my roommate had to move out early this month and we decided to store our belongings in this place. Here's a list of things that suck about this place -elevator sucks... it only stays open for 30s -the entry ways are VERY small..can BARELY fit a dolly -poorly lit (the timers only last 30minutes and one of the system was not working when we moved I. terrible customer service. Rude people at the front desk. Must be something in the local water. The fat girl behind the counter today would not give me a prorated rental fee (I was moving out at the end of the month, and therefore would only need the unit for two weeks). All that came out of her fat mouth was "it's in your contract, we don't do that, blah, blah, pause to take a bite out of her sandwich, blah, blah. Units have no lighting whatsoever. 0 if i could. They took the rent up by more than 10% without a notice and kept charging. Found out in December that my unit was broken into in September! they made no effort to notify me and when i came to town for business i didn't had my equipment. Management is rude, cheap and customers are there only to pay when and what they say. terrible.

I have been a customer of this storage facility for several years. The customer service just gets worse and worse. I'm seriously constantly surprised by the way they handle things. It's outrageous. A few Saturdays ago I went to the storage unit to get some holiday items out of storage. When I arrived and looked for the carts to help me move the items I noticed that two of them were locked to the stairwells. I have rented a 10 x 15 since july of 2011. The first summer there was no climate controlled units as advertised. The roof was being replaced and the swamp coolers were disconnected and were not reconnected after the food was done in a timely manner. It got so hot in the unit that it melted items that could not get hot. The insurance they make you buy did not cover the loss. WATCH OUT! I had rented here before without problems but this experience was criminal. The first time I rented here - no problems. This time, I had not had my unit but two months and both my units were robbed. The onsite manager was far from helpful. We had to call the police because he would not let us view the tapes or give us any info after he admitted seeing a truck at my units and people getting into my stuff.
