RightSpace Storage in Queen Creek was a fantastic option for us while we were in between houses. We started off needing only one 10x10, but then realized we had more than expected, and ended up renting a second 10x10. The staff were incredible, and were able to honor discount rates for our first months for both units. The access was easy for both our units (one inside, one out). Very friendly and helpful staff. We love the cleanliness, security, and the wide lanes that are easy for a moving truck to maneuver. Our last storage place barely allowed room for our SUV to turn a corner. Highly recommend RightSpace!!
I left a message to discuss this with the regional manager last week. No call back to date. The person who helped us was extremely rude. She came back from lunch 20 minutes late only after I banged on the door to the residence on the property. She said that she had to fight traffic to get back from lunch and it was not her fault. She did not drive onto the property while we waited outside for her from 12-12:20. Unless there is a back entrance and a hidden place to park her car, she was lying. Leaks causing my belongings to be ruined
WORST PLACE EVER EVER EVER! VERY VERY HOT inside "climate controlled" storage. Was in my units on July 4th in ARIZONA and the air came on maybe 3 times for maybe 10 minutes! IT WAS HORRIBLE. I almost had heat stroke. Got the shakes and had to go home. Was there in September - HOT AND HUMID - the air NEVER came on once!!! Had to sit OUTSIDE to cool off! ALSO you will get an email that your bill is due the 28th but when you call they will tell you the 26th or 27th BUT WHEN YOU GO IN TO THEIR OFFICE it's ANOTHER DATE altog... read more
This is the worst place to do business with! with. I went online and reserved a 10x 10 unit with the promotional offer, I received an email confirmation at thought, that was easy... WRONG! I get to the location to complete my purchase, and I was greeted with a line. So I wait my turn. The employee writes my reserved unit number on the paper form for my online reservation and hands me and the paper to fill out. I fill out the paper and wait till he finishes with another customer.
