I have been a customer for 7 years and would not refer them to anyone who value their items in storage there. Their manager (?) Gabe F lied about contacting me that my payment was supposedly la late. Actually bank records showed it had arrived 2 days prior to the due date. I He said he called me twice but there were NO missed calls from Right Space Storage or any messages left. just now NEW We rented a uhaul for pickup at 8 am with a mobile device pixk up. When we got there the reservation said we couldn't pick it up until 9 when they opened up. When we showed up they didn't have it and said they double booked it. I set it up a week in advance for us to move. No call or message that it was double booked. They didn't seem to care that they had made a mistake.
