The storage on Esplanade in San Jacinto Ca does not treat their customers well at all. They do not address issues when brought to them. The old managers were awful and allowed the employees to steal from the units. I don't know how the new managers handle things but even with good intentions the corporate higher ups in the company are not at the least bit concerned with what's happening at the facility.
