We used the storage for five of our seven years in Tucson and could not have been more satisfied! It is always a clean facility with attentive, friendly staff.
Masks should be required. I wore one for her. I have cancer yet she was not considerate towards me. I even asked. Her response was lame.
Hopefully the San Jacinto California location has addressed the problems created by the staff. Otherwise avoid all rightspace locations because if the behavior at the above mentioned location is tolerated then your stuff is not safe. Please read the contract very carefully before signing or seek another company to rent from and avoid the grief.
