By far the best experience I've ever had with a rental unit. The exceptional customer service provided by Penny, the manager is above and beyond. I have a few friends who rent units from Penny who have commented about the amazing customer service she provides for them as well.

I have been to this property many times and Penny has always been very informational, professional and so very sweet. She always has a smile on her face and the property is very well kept. Overall you’re a rockstar penny!!!
Penny is very thorough, communicative and friendly. The storage space is as advertised and when I forgot how to put the code in, she came out and asked if she could assist. Good service. This part of the review is still true. I just lowered my rating as this company automatically raises rates one month after you rent from them. The first time, it was two months, this time one month. It is distasteful that they won't hold the price I agreed to for longer than one month.
