Warning to all long-term renters! I’ve been with this location since 2019, and without notice, my rent crept up to $142/month for a 10x10 unit — even though the exact same unit is currently listed on their site for only $62/month. That’s an $80/month difference. When I asked for a loyalty discount or price match, I was told “market rates” — even though there were zero improvements made to the unit or property. I never signed any updated lease agreeing to these hikes. This is price gouging, plain and simple.
You can only access climate controlled units during normal business hours. Arrived in Clovis with a full truck after several hours of driving and ready to unload- I had previously arranged help for me to get it done before 10pm. Got in the main gate with my code but then had to call to figure out how to get access to my unit. Lady on the phone had no clue. She sent an email to the property manager- who can only respond during business hours. Unimpressed. 2 star because it at least looks professional.
Erica helped me through the process of renting out a storage unit. She made it fast and easy! Would recommend her to anyone interested in getting a storage unit!
