Customer service was great, the only thing that had a strike was that the 3rd party company I had booked the storage unit with, they told me one price of how much it would cost me, and when I got there It was almost double of what they had told me when I booked it, but I still got the storage unit anyway, even though I could not afford it because I am homeless but it's okay I guess. The only reason I am giving this place a 3 star rating is because the lady that worked in the office in Barstow has terrible customer service skills like she absolutely sucked. Maybe she should take some classes or something but she need some help seriously. Other than that storage place was cool.
Kind, Professional, clean environment, clean storage, everything went smooth and quickly. Loved it.
