This was my 2nd time renting a storage unit from RightSpace Storage and both times were excellent experiences. Milton & Deonte are super friendly and professional by making sure your needs are met. If you looking for a clean & affordable storage facility this place is perfect.

I love this storage place. It's clean, I feel safe when I'm there alone and the price is good! Only open till 7pm though but I can live with that! I haven't had to interact with the staff much but the few times that I did, they were very nice. In person and over the phone.

Since taken over by the current company, it has become expensive, (steadily increasing rates, regardless of how long you've been there), and steadily decreasing benefits and customer service. Serious rodent infestation problem that management would not address. Was told I had to deal with it myself, despite the rats coming into my unit from inside the walls. New owners pressure washed all the doors and forced water into my unit causing a great deal of water damage to boxes of books. My business has stored here for over 15 ye... read more

The employee was very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to give us first class service. Also very detailed with all the rules and made me feel comfortable with security in and around the building.

Using RightSpace Storage has helped us to store larger items we use for our club business. Recently with the improvements made to the facility, it has made it cleaner and easier to get to our unit. I also appreciate it being within Cypress and is one of the lower cost options in the area.
