Martha was great to work with! I would just suggest better signage for the 200s, but overall the storage was fine!

Very friendly service and competitive prices. I found RightSpace through SquareFoot and they had the best price for what I needed by far. The staff on site were so helpful and efficient helping me move in and the security seems to be top notch.
I had a great experience with the storage center! They were able to get me a great rate and get me right into a unit; the manager who helped me with signing the paperwork, purchasing a lock, etc. was very courteous and helpful. On site access is really convenient, with access hours until 10pm for those of us who work late. And everything is always clean. They have handy pushcarts in all the stairwells to help move heavy items. My only complaint is that the elevator in the building I was in is very slow in opening / closing... read more
Great storage location and staff. The facility is always super clean and they enforce the rules so there isn't trash everywhere and people randomly going in and out of the facility!!!

They have a new name RightSpace Storage. I have been happy with them for more than 5 years. Keeping my clutter down at home. Helping to keep things for my kids as the move off to college. The staff has always been very supportive and helpful. The one time I had an issue the Regional manager called me and everything was fixed.
My company just moved locations and we needed to find a storage for some of our office desks and other office supplies that are not needed currently. This place had really good rates and very nice staff. Jessica especially is super friendly and fast. She is very professional and overall provided us with great customer service!
On September 14,2025 this property was broken into. You need to monitor cameras 24hrs a day. I just keep getting the run around. The cheap repair job on door is already broken. This place sucks and if you want your things stolen, by all means rent a unit here!!!!

We rented a unit and filled with some overflow furniture after my son returned from college. All seemed well at move in. We used a lock purchased on site and a solid keyed lock. We got a phone call after about 6 weeks that our unit was broken into, and learned that about 70% of contents were stolen! 2 items were destroyed and left behind. No cameras to catch who did this, staff had an uncaring attitude about it all and told us it happens frequently. I advise anyone to pay more and go elsewhere.
