Monica went above and beyond to help us get our unit! She stayed with us until everything was tucked away and made sure we knew the ins and outs of the facility. They are kind, thorough, convenient and my favorite guilty pleasure, Diet Dr Pepper at the desk. Cheers to all of you involved with LockTite!

Awesome customer service. They thought of everything....all the way to a bottle of water waiting for you in your storage unit when u move in. Free truck rental to help you move too. Great place.

They deserve the highest rating possible! Came to this LockTite location after doing a search for small climate controlled unit. I could not be happier with the unit and the facilities. But most impressive is the customer service by Dee and the other women in the office. They took care of everything I needed to get set up with a unit and lock so I was able to move some things in right away. Next day my trailer tire blew out setting us back several hours moving out. I came here looking for a short term storage solution expecting to have to pay for a full-month. We just moved here and while we are waiting to get into our new home, I was desperate to get the boxes out of our car!! Shanna at the front desk was beyond accommodation and proposed the ideal solution for us! The place is very new and super clean! They offer moving trucks and trailers complimentary to clients. I wanted to give a shout out to Lock -Tite Storage - it is the NICEST storage faculty I've ever patronized. The people who run it are so nice, and they obviously take pride in the maintenance of the property. They have security cameras and a great front office. I cannot say enough good things about them. I have used some less than stellar storage facilities, and I thought that was just how the industry was run. But, Lock-Tite is a cut above all the other storage places I have used. Great place.

Best storage experience I have had anywhere. Brenda and Dee who manage the operation are personable, professional and go out of their way to be accommodating. They know their business and run an efficient, immaculate operation. They even offer renters insurance a rates lower than I could find anywhere. Compare it to the national and local companies. None measure up to this group in Dripping Springs.

LockTite Storage is the best of both "worlds"...24 hour security. ..gated access..multiple options for auto-pay ease....December customer appreciation free gift wrapping supplies are supplied to tenants thru the 24th!! I love my LockTite Storage! !

Our unit was broken into and electronics, furniture, and boxes of belongings were stolen. Our original lock which was a combination lock was cut, removed and then replaced with a keyed lock that was able to be purchased at the front office. When the staff went through the building on their regular checks, a lock was on the unit so a sticker signifying all was good was placed on the lock. All was far from good.
