Just rented a unit in no time on my lunch break. The website made it easy and Erin even happily answered my questions that I had when I called before renting out the unit. Gave me that much more confidence knowing that the people working the facilities were kind and patient. I called the next day and spoke to another woman because I realized I didn’t have the correct lock, she happily charged it to my card that they had on file and even left it in my unit, knowing I’d only be able to come after 6pm. 10/10 service so far!

Been renting here for years, the price goes continually up. No consideration for loyalty either. We started calling around looking for other units of the same type and size, and we were shocked to find that we can get them for less than HALF the price of what we're paying now. We even called this (same) place anonymously to find out what a new unit would be, and and even if we started anew, we would still only get the same unit for a $50 discount per month, at most. I would give this 4 stars, but they out of the blue raised the rent by $50 for no reason. If you do decide to get a storage unit here, I would advise moving out within a few months to avoid any random rent raises. Be careful here. It looks nice on the outside, and you get a good deal for the first few months, but then they make all that money back from you once it becomes incredibly inconvenient to move to a different storage unit.

Not only did they have the best move-in special + monthly rate following, the units were perfect for what we were looking for. I went in same-day and started moving my items over within a matter of hours. Super nice staff and no BS. Straightforward and easy to work with. Glad we made the move here! Very convenient location as well.

This place wins my business. Erin one of the staff members couln't be any nicer than she was. She was super nice and helpful. That right there is a plus for me. Next, the units are very very very clean on the inside if you get climate control.
