Great software Pros: I really like this software. It has helped so much and has been very convenient to be able to use at work. It's nice to have your phone on your computer while you work so you can easily click over and text and call anybody you need to. Cons: The only complaint I have with this software is that sometimes when the phone calls come in, they don't ring or even show up until you get a notification that you missed the phone call.

Rather expensive product Pros: This was a simple virtual fax that was easy to use. Uploading and downloading documents was rather simple and user friendly. Cons: This solution is rather expensive and does not justify the expense considering other alternatives. Overall: I really enjoyed this tool, and like the idea of having a virtual fax. The cost does not justify keeping a unnecessary tool.

Very functional Pros: We use this phone software at my job instead of giving us all individual phones for the company. Its easy to find, easy to use and very convenient to have! We call online all the time and it lets us be bale to text and call the clients we need to get a hold of easily. It's hard to miss a phone call too when it's on your computer and it will ring through your headset. Cons: The only con I can think of is that it will take a long time to give you a notification when someone does text you back. If you are ... read more

Great Product Pros: I enjoy the functionality and ease of use. It's great on desktop or mobile. Cons: I wish a little easier to increase number or participants in meetings. Overall: Glad our company is using this product, very satisfied.

Our office contact software Pros: It makes it quick and easy to communicate with our sales managers, team leads, and co-workers. This is also the dialer we use to sell our medical equipment. Cons: At first glance I had a hard time navigating the dialer.

Medical Sales Pros: You can always count on RingCentral when making calls to help customers get the medical supplies they need. Cons: I have nothing negative to say about RingCentral.

VoIP Phone System Pros: We use this system for all of our real estate agents. It allows us to transfer calls directly to their cellphones. Works great Cons: The set up is a bit confusing and takes time to figure it out. Not sure what you could do to make this easier but it maybe a quick setup and then we can go back and add to the features later. Overall: They need to hire people who are a bit more astute in figuring out the problems. The people i spoke with about a setup of a fax number did not have the answers.

We use ring central for our center phone system. It is very easy to use and user friendly. We like i Pros: I love how i stay logged in when i click on my icon to start our day. The text box is easy to use. The fax feature is awesome Cons: i don't have any complaints about this system. it works well for me and i enjoy using it. I was sceptical at first and do not feel that way at all now.

RingCentral is very helpful. Pros: I like collecting data from calls (how many/time duration). It is helpful in analyzing and planning how/who to direct calls to. Cons: Once you get used to software, it is easy to use. Wish there was scheduling option to change out-of-office during holidays automatically. Overall: I am able to collect valuable data from calls.
