Easy assistance Quick responses to concerns. Confident answers. Some kept asking for access to our system to be able to track problems easier, which is nice, but had told them multiple times we will not.

Good system turned great with their update! Great software and wonderful staff. New interface for their Call Center offering really shines above the rest. Integrated softphone only makes it that much better! New APIs took some time to digest, but now we're loving the ability to interact via APIs.

Easy to use, simple interface, elegant and impressive... Connect First I have been working with the Connect First Team since February of 2016. This has been a great partnership as they are our primary platform for our support center. The customer service and experience provided by Connect First is among the best in the world. I have enjoyed working with them and they continue to help drive our business and support our clients with innovations and ease of use designs.

Stay Away The overall experience is such a basic experience. Feature set is minimal, and lacks the ability to do basic things lie create multiple schedule scenarios.
