Great overall solution for call centers Pros: Whatever your position, you can all work with it in a very efficient way, easily without any need to provide a training for it. Impressive really as it is so complete with anything you can need in a call center eather as the client or an outsourcer; Cons: Sometimes, as any program, some bugs can happen when trying to type or some lags when trying to get reports out. Works for our 24/7 Prayer line and Prayer Team Pros: I most appreciate the ability to sequentially forward incoming calls, to notify me of missed calls, and to allow me to contact the team. Cons: It would be nice to have SPAM call identification and blocking. At least 50% of incoming calls are just SPAM or robocalls. Since it is imperative that a call for an actual prayer request be answered, and since even hang-ups need to be followed up, it would be nice to have a SPAM filter. Expensive Price for Mediocre Service Pros: Had soft phones, was able to connect to our existing VOIP phones, was a familiar brand to many people and IT people. Phone numbers were also fax numbers so it was easy to remember. Cons: Call center support people spoke English as their second language. There was often roosters doodling in The background of a call. Ringcentral has changed the way our company operates Pros: It never fails. We have previously tried other telecommunication software which has caused us grief. In the 7 months that we have been using RingCentral, we have had little to no problems and it has streamlined a lot of our companies processes. I like that it supports MMS and I can send images as well as other forms of media through text to employees. Ring Central Pros: I liked this software because it sends an email when you miss a call which is super helpful if you're out of the office often Cons: I don't like that this software makes it hard to track past calls and voicemails as smoothly as possible Overall: Overall okay experience with RingCentral, couple bugs could be corrected

Review for RingCentral Contact Center Pros: We like that RingCentral has an extensive reporting system so that we can monitor efficiency of our call queues. Our management wanted to view realtime reports and graphs to show how our staff was working, which hours were peak hours and which hours needed more staff. Cons: So far we do not have any complaints for using the software. Initial setup wise, our call queues were fairly complicated so we had to hire a third party to setup our call queues and directory structure. We felt ... read more

Simple system that works Pros: It was easy and quick to set up. Now I can have a phone system to call internationally and also receive calls. Saves so much more time. Particularly great for me working remotely outside the countries we operate in as a business. Cons: Honestly, there's nothing to dislike until now. If I'm being extremely picky, it would probably be the fact that it gets too costly to forward calls to my country ie India. Overall: Overall, it's been great so far. I'm able to make calls without any issues.

Ring Central Pros: I like the fact that this software integrates into Windows pretty smoothly. When I click a telephone number from the web, the dialogue box prompts me to dial the number with RingCentral as opposed to other software on my machine. Cons: I'd like to have the option to automatically dial numbers rather than manually click each telephone number as I work in telecommunications and it would make my job easier. Ring Central Contact Center Pros: Its a great program for hosting meetings. We use this program 2-3 a week and the quality is good. When we have issues we are easily able to contact support team and they are friendly and helpful with an issues that arise. Cons: The only thing I would suggest is maybe offering more from the program, like more features.
